High-visibility clothing
Ideal for road construction, logistics, industry and outdoor work
Our high-visibility workwear offers maximum visibility, certified safety standards and functional protective clothing for demanding applications – such as road construction, logistics, traffic management and outdoor work – combining reflective signal colours, robust materials and well-thought-out details to ensure visibility, safety and reliable protection in poor light and weather conditions.
Why high-visibility clothing is essential for visibility and safety
Our high-visibility clothing meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 20471 and provides maximum visibility for work in road construction, logistics, traffic environments and outdoors. Fluorescent signal colours and reflective elements keep you clearly visible even in poor light. Hard-wearing materials and well-considered details add practical everyday benefits to the protective function. From the hi-vis T-shirt and the hi-vis vest to the orange hi-vis jacket and stretch hi-vis trousers, you will find a complete, coordinated range.
The range includes high-visibility jackets, high-visibility trousers, softshells, overalls and complementary accessories that are robust, weather-resistant and functional. Reflective strips, bright signal colours and well-designed cuts guarantee visible safety day and night, whilst ergonomic fits and flexible materials ensure comfortable working across a range of movements.
Advantages of our high-visibility clothing:
-
Tested safety standards: EN ISO 20471, EN 343 (weather protection) and other relevant certifications
-
Maximum visibility: Signal orange, signal yellow or signal red combined with reflective stripes
-
Versatile applications: Roadworks, traffic control, logistics, construction, outdoor operations
-
Functional details: Adjustable cuffs, pocket solutions, breathable materials and weather-resistant construction
-
Robust & durable: Hard-wearing materials, easy to care for and suitable for regular use
Thanks to certified standards, ergonomic fits, and weather-resistant materials, our high-visibility clothing offers optimal visibility, safety, and practical comfort, so that it meets the requirements of professional work environments in road construction, logistics, industry, or outdoor operations alike.
The three high-visibility classes under DIN EN ISO 20471
DIN EN ISO 20471 distinguishes between three classes. They are based on the area of fluorescent and retroreflective material on the garment – the larger the area, the higher the class and the better the visibility. Which class you need depends on the risk at the workplace: the speed of the traffic, the lighting conditions and how much time there is to react.
Class 1 – basic visibility
At least 0.14 m² of fluorescent and 0.10 m² of retroreflective material. This class is achieved by individual garments with a smaller signal area, for example some hi-vis trousers. Typical applications: cordoned-off company premises, warehouses and logistics halls, areas without moving traffic.
Class 2 – enhanced visibility
At least 0.50 m² of fluorescent and 0.13 m² of retroreflective material. This class typically applies to hi-vis vests and hi-vis jackets. Typical applications: urban road traffic, municipal services, logistics yards, work close to slow-moving vehicles.
Class 3 – highest visibility
At least 0.80 m² of fluorescent and 0.20 m² of retroreflective material. In addition to the minimum areas, Class 3 high-visibility clothing must enclose the torso and have either sleeves with retroreflective bands or full-length trouser legs with retroreflective bands – or both. Typical applications: road construction close to moving traffic, motorways and expressways, night work, work in poor visibility.
When several garments are worn together – hi-vis trousers and a hi-vis jacket, for example – the signal areas add up and the combination can reach a higher class than any individual garment. This requires that the specific combination has been tested and certified accordingly. What counts are the details on the labels and in the manufacturer's information, including any size and wearing requirements. Tell us about your working environment and we will put together a suitable combination for you.
The class a particular garment achieves also depends on the colour combination and the size: the same model can meet Class 2 in one size and Class 3 in another. What counts is therefore always the marking on the specific item.
