Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

The withdrawal can be conveniently submitted online, but also by email, mail, or fax to us (see Terms and Conditions). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration in good time before the end of the withdrawal period.
