In principle, you can “Log in” in order to be able to view your order afterwards or shop “without registering, as a guest”. Once your customer account has been activated, you can view your orders, store payment methods and make other settings.
Search for the desired product (by item, color scheme or collection): Once you have found the desired item, you can select color, size and number/quantity. The shipping costs can be viewed with the product. Put the product in the shopping cart. If you want to create a customer account, do so now at the latest under “Log in”.
Go to View shopping cart. Here you can check, change or delete your entries again. Voucher codes can be entered here. As well as other notes added (e.g. finishing the goods with embroidery, transfer, etc.).
Choose to pay via PayPal or go to “Checkout”. Here you can see the possible payment methods. Now fill out shipping details, delivery method and payment.
Shipping: We need at least your email address, first and last name, and the shipping address. If the shipping address does not correspond to the billing address, you can add this under “Payment”. With the exception of the email address, you can change all data later in your customer account.
Delivery methods: We offer standard shipping, cash on delivery or local pickup in the shop, Ötscherlandstraße 1, AT - 3300 Amstetten.
Under the point “Payment” you can redeem any voucher/or discount codes and select the payment method (PayPal, credit and debit card, offline payment). You also have the option of specifying a different delivery address.
We generally accept Paypal and credit/debit card payment as well as cash payment, payment by bank transfer, payment by cash on delivery.
PayPal
You can order from us cashless with PayPal. If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected directly to PayPal for payment. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your account details and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can create a user account for free by entering your bank or credit card details. You then pay by entering your email address and a password and receive a payment confirmation by email. Your order will then be processed immediately.
Credit card (Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa, American Express…)
If you pay by credit card, the debit will be made within 1-3 working days, depending on the bank. When paying by credit card, the customer provides the following data: card holder, card number, credit card company, expiry date, CVV code. The data is transmitted using SSL/TSL encryption and is therefore not visible to unauthorized persons.
Offline payment
Payment by the customer must be made within 14 days in advance. Once payment has been received, the order will be processed and you will receive an order confirmation. If you pay by cash on delivery, payment will be made when you take over the package.

Generally, orders on our internet platforms represent contractual offers from the customer, to which the customer remains bound for 8 days from receipt. We will confirm the completion of the order or payment process with immediate payment to the customer by email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, this confirmation does not constitute an order confirmation, but rather documents that we have received the order. Our customer service will check your data and contact you directly if necessary. The order only becomes binding upon receipt of our order confirmation or dispatch of the ordered goods.
