Purchasing Specialist – Fabrics & Trims (m/f/d)
Full-time / 4.5 days per week

We are looking for a committed individual to join our head office in Amstetten, who will strengthen our team and, with vision,
structure and enthusiasm, actively and professionally help shape and develop our procurement function.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Textile procurement: fabrics, zips and textile accessories for our workwear collections

  • Tender management: obtaining, comparing and negotiating quotes, with a focus on quality, price and lead times

  • Supplier management: Managing and developing existing suppliers, as well as identifying new sourcing channels

  • Coordination and monitoring: Ensuring material availability in line with production planning

  • Cross-functional teamwork:
    Close collaboration with Sales, Product Development, Production, Logo Service and Marketing

  • Quality and complaints management: Supporting material testing, sampling and the handling of complaints

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Completed commercial or technical training (e.g. Higher Vocational School (HLA) in Fashion and Clothing Technology or other higher-level training)

  • Work experience: Initial work experience in purchasing is desirable, ideally within the textile sector

  • Language skills: Excellent command of German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage

We value professional expertise and extensive experience. For candidates with 10 years’ professional experience, we offer a starting salary of at least €3,565.93 gross. We will agree your actual salary during a face-to-face interview, based on your individual qualifications and career history to date.
