CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE INTERNAL SERVICE (m/f/d)

We are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality for our office staff who will work closely with the field sales team to ensure optimal customer service and represent our company values with passion.
YOUR TASKS

Professional customer support and advice by telephone and email

Accurately capture and efficiently manage customer inquiries and orders, as well as create and track offers

Work closely with other departments to ensure customer-centric solutions Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Maintenance and further development of the existing customer base

Participation in the continuous improvement of our sales processes
QUALIFICATIONS

Education : completed commercial training or similar and good MS Office skills

Professional experience : Experience in customer service or a comparable position

Language skills : Excellent German skills, good English skills are an advantage.

We reward professional expertise and many years of experience. With 10 years of professional experience we offer one Starting salary from €2,600 gross. The actual compensation is determined according to your qualifications and your individual professional experience.
