As a product and project manager, you will play a key role in the development of new products at our headquarters in Amstetten.


  • Responsible for product vision and strategy, as well as its coordination with company goals

  • As the central interface between sales, purchasing, marketing and product development, you will manage projects for the conception, development and market launch of new products, such as CI collections for customers and company-owned collections

  • Analysis and evaluation of market and customer trends to control the product portfolio

  • Initiation and management of innovation projects to secure market position

  • Promoting sustainability and ecological aspects in product development


  • Completed business administration training or completed training in clothing technology

  • Professional experience in project management – ideally in the clothing industry

  • good knowledge of German and English


  • High affinity for trends in the textile industry and for sustainable product development

  • Comprehensive knowledge of product management methods and techniques.

  • Willingness for further training

  • Good understanding of materials and their properties

  • Flexibility and adaptability to individual customer requirements

  • Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working in order to advance several projects at the same time

  • Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness

We reward professional expertise and many years of experience. With 10 years of professional experience we offer a Starting salary from €3,300 gross. The actual compensation is determined according to your qualifications and your individual professional experience.
