  • Strategic management and further development of the clothing technology team

  • Leadership and motivation of the product development team, including personnel planning, development and leadership 

  • Conception, development and market launch of new products, CI collections for customers and company-owned collections.

  • Development and implementation of strategies for revising existing products

  • Monitoring the entire product development process from the idea to series readiness, taking time, cost and quality goals into account

  • Close cooperation with purchasing, marketing, sales and production

  • Promoting sustainability and ecological aspects in product development


  • Completed training in clothing technology

  • several years of professional experience in clothing technology - ideally with experience in employee management

  • excellent knowledge of German

  • other foreign languages are an advantage


  • Empathy and team-oriented thinking • Strong leadership skills

  • Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working in order to advance several projects at the same time

  • Creativity and a good eye for details

  • Decision-making skills and problem-solving ability
