The selection of materials is already a crucial point at this stage, as it significantly impacts functionality, design, comfort, and necessary certifications. Therefore, during the consultation, the precise purpose and application of your workwear are defined. Based on this requirement profile, the fabric selection is made. Our experts are happy to assist you in making the optimal choice for this important decision.

After approving the design drafts and clarifying all details, we create your samples—essentially the prototypes of your collection. Following joint evaluation, any necessary adjustments, approval, and your order confirmation, we begin the production process. A CAD-optimized production approach minimizes waste as much as possible. The expertise of our employees is especially important in garment processing, as numerous parameters must be considered: sealed seams, special sizes, integrated logos, personalized customization, and much more.

Ötscher products do not go directly from production to the customer; instead, our quality assurance team performs random checks. After quality control, the pieces are packaged and, if necessary, labeled with a barcode and image display. Customized storage and logistics solutions allow us to meet specific customer needs regarding order calls and shipping. Upon request, Ötscher also offers its customers dedicated webshops.

Depending on the arrangement, the finished CI collection can be shipped to any address worldwide. Naturally, you also have the option to pick up the goods directly from us. However, Ötscher's service does not end with the shipment. Upon request, we can provide long-term replenishment guarantees. And if a mistake should occur, we guarantee a personal contact who will handle any issues promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
