Ötscher is allowed to use the Austrian coat of arms.

Oetscher was granted this distinctive right on December 12, 1980 by the Austrian Secretary of Commerce and Work. Ever since, we have been entitled to use the Austrian coat of arms in all business communications in the header of business documents, printed matter and announcements and in connection with the company name.

 

Prerequisites

The legal prerequisites for being allowed to use the coat of arms are the registration of the company in the commerical register, the earning of merits through extraordinary achievements for the Austrian economy and a nationally leading and generally renowned position in the respective branch of business.
